Marcel is a native speaker of both English and Polish.

Education

Marcel obtained a First-Class Honours Degree in Law from Liverpool John Moores University and is currently completing a vocational course required to qualify as a Solicitor of England and Wales.

Marcel has undergone additional advocacy training as part of his Law Degree, and as part of that, he represented his University at the United Kingdom Supreme Court in a fictional appeal before a Supreme Court Judge.

Professional Experience

Before specialising in Criminal Law, Marcel supported litigants in-person in the Family Courts, involving cases of domestic violence, child abuse/neglect, and serious sexual assault.

This background has allowed him to provide assistance to clients facing an array of offences in both the Magistrates and Crown Courts.

Marcel is particularly adept at working with clients who have vulnerabilities or cognitive difficulties, often handling cases that involve serious mental illness.
