Leanne Preston, Solicitor

Leanne graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2019 with a degree in Law and Criminal Justice. She went on to complete a Masters of Law in 2021 and has since completed the Legal Practice Course in 2024, qualifying as a solicitor in June 2025.

Leanne has previous experience with clients, having worked in a private law firm and assisted with private client issues.

Leanne deals with all aspects of family law matters, with a particular focus on public law family proceedings including Pre Proceedings, Care Proceedings, Contact with Children in Care and Discharge of Care Orders.

Leanne also deals with private law proceedings including Child Arrangement Order’s, Discharge of Special Guardianship Orders, Forced Marriage Protection Orders, Specific Issue Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders.
