Elliot Smallshaw LLB (Hons), Solicitor

Elliot graduated from the University of Liverpool gaining his LLB (Hons) Class 2:1 Degree.  Elliot qualified as a Solicitor in 2022.

Elliot joined the Firm in 2018 and is a member of the Firm’s Actions Against the Police team.  Elliot deals with claims against the police and other public bodies such as the prison service.  He is extremely knowledgeable in this area of law and has many years’ experience.  Elliot fully appreciates what it takes to successfully challenge the conduct of police officers and prison officers and he is very mindful of the impact that such conduct can have upon his clients.  He pursues all types of compensation and police complaints claims on behalf of his clients and fully utilises the expertise of his team and instructed counsel.
