Legal Aid is available for all aspects of criminal court representation, in most cases subject to financial eligibility and the details of your case meeting the interests of justice criteria. We can assess your eligibility for Legal Aid and advise you in relation to the different funding regimes. If you are not eligible for Legal Aid we will discuss with you our private fees which are always competitive.
