Mark Ellis LLB (Hons) – Partner/Duty Solicitor

Mark qualified as a Solicitor in 1999, having studied at the University of Central Lancashire and the College of Law, Chester. He has worked at James Murray solicitors since 2000, initially working exclusively as a Criminal Lawyer but, in recent years he has focused his career, within the firm, in dealing with our private clients and heading our very successful Motoring Law Department.

Mark has an excellent reputation, throughout the Courts and legal profession, of being extremely thorough and a very diligent and inspirational advocate. He attends Court on a daily basis, representing Clients charged with all types of motoring offences, from speeding to more serious offences of Death by Dangerous driving.
